provides personalized digital services that are created specifically for each client based on the information they choose to share.

Because our services involve the creation of bespoke narrated reflections and digital content, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of the time and care involved in this process.

Personalized Services

Once a Tier 2 narrated reflection has entered the production process, it cannot be resold, reused, or reassigned. For this reason, payments for completed personalized services are generally non-refundable.

Before Production Begins

If you request a cancellation before work has begun on your narrated reflection, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. In such cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using your completed narrated reflection, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement file where appropriate.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that sensitive and personal circumstances can arise. If you believe there is a compelling reason for us to review your request, you are welcome to contact us. Each request will be considered thoughtfully and on a case-by-case basis.
